If your terminal is unable to connect to the mobile network, here are some alternative methods of taking payment with CabCard: 1. Download and print your emergency kit from my.cabcard.services - the emergency kit has a scannable QR code which you can use to take payments from customers. 2. Install and set up the CabCard Android app, which allows you to take contactless payments on your phone 3. Log in to my.cabcard.services and try our payment links and scan-to-pay features We recommend all customers should take these steps to make sure you're prepared for any future technical issues. Customers who have updated to this version are likely to experience transaction failures. The rollout of version 8.4.0 (v47) has been halted. The previous version (8.3.1, build v46) continues to function properly and can be used without issues. Our team is working to release a corrected version that restores full functionality, which we expect to be published today subject to timely review by Google. We apologise to any customers who have experienced disruption as a result of this issue. Impacted customers can revert to the previous (working) version of the app using the following instructions: 1.
