Service provider network maintenance - possible disruption to Visa and Mastercard processing from 2022-12-01 23:00 BST to 2022-12-02 03:00 BST
One of our banking partners has notified us of planned maintenance to their network infrastructure during a maintenance window from 23:00 UTC on Thu 1st Dec) until 03:00 UTC on Fri 2nd Dec.
During this maintenance window, it is likely that one or more short disruptions to the transaction processing service will be experienced.
This will apply to Visa and Mastercard processing through POS terminals and payment links only. American Express processing, and CabCard Go (SoftPOS) transaction processing will be unaffected.
To ensure minimal risk of disruption we recommend that all customers should ensure CabCard Go is set up as an alternative payment method in advance of the maintenance period. Our support team can help you configure this if you have not previously set it up for your account.
