For a number of hours during the window stated, our SoftPOS connection to a transaction processor was affected by a technical issue causing connections to timeout. This caused SoftPOS transactions to be rejected during this time period.
We are working with our provider to establish mechanisms to detect and prevent similar failures in the future.
We would like to apologise for disruption caused by this incident.
