We have been notified that one of our banking partners has planned a critical infrastructure update. The maintenance window is:
- Start: Friday 15th of December 2023 20:00 UTC
- End: Saturday 16th of December 2023 04:00 UTC
Our banking partner advises that disruption is not expected, but it is possible that short disruption of authorization services might be experienced during the maintenance window.
This maintenance will affect POS Terminal card payment processing of Visa and Mastercard transactions only. American Express processing will be unaffected. Payment links will be unaffected. SoftPOS (CabCard Go) will be unaffected.
Although we do not anticipate any significant disruption, we recommend that all customers should prepare by ensuring that you are ready to take payment by alternative means, for example:
