Customers with iCabbi integrations managed by CabCard may have experienced some service disruption between 18:00 on Aug 19th and 09:00 on Aug 20th.

Bookings may not have been updated, and CabCard payment links may not have been automatically sent during this period.

This was due to a system misconfiguration which has now been resolved.

Due to the iCabbi API’s reliance on real-time event processing, it is not possible to retrospectively update bookings based on transactions which have been carried out in the past. We recommend that affected customers should review transactions and bookings carried out during this period, to confirm data is valid.

Customers who manage their own iCabbi integrations were not affected by this issue.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by this disruption.
