SoftPOS transaction processor network maintenance from 2024-10-20 00:01 BST to 2024-10-20 07:00 BST

An upstream provider, which forms a critical part of the SoftPOS (CabCard Go) processing solution, has notified us of essential network maintenance to their infrastructure taking place this morning.

The declared maintenance window runs from 1am - 7am BST and during this time disruption to SoftPOS transaction processing is expected.

We apologise for this disruption, which is beyond our control.

We recommend that affected customers should use an alternative payment method (such as Scan to Pay / CabCard Payment Links) during the maintenance window if necessary.

All other transaction processing methods should be unattended and remain functioning as normal.
