Reported terminal connectivity issues
Update
The network has informed us that service has restored back to pre-incident levels. We now consider this issue to be resolved.
Our provider has advised us that their engineers have identified an issue with interconnect links, affecting device authentication and data service. The cause has been isolated and service is resuming.
We will continue to monitor and post updates when information becomes available.
We have received a small number of reports indicating that some customers are experiencing connectivity problems with their terminals on the mobile network today.
We are currently investigating this to ascertain whether there is an issue at the network layer.
Information will be provided on our status page when updates are available.
We recommend affected customers should use Payment Links or CabCard Go (SoftPOS Android App) as alternative payment methods.
