IP Data Degradation on O2 UK

Based on data available to us, we now consider this incident to be resolved.
We understand that network technicians continue to investigate the incident which is affecting the 02 UK network on 2G and 3G bearers only. 4G is not affected.
Most of our customers have seen significant improvements to connectivity throughout the day, with traffic rates at normal levels on our systems.
We will continue to monitor the situation and post further information to our status page as it becomes available.
We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues with data connectivity for CabCard terminals using the 02 UK network. This appears to be limited to the 2G and 3G networks only. Network engineers are investigating.
If you are experiencing this issue, you can attempt to use manual network selection to use a different network, or use an alternative payment method:
