Reported issues with connection to Vodafone network

This incident has been resolved.
For any customers who changed to manual network selection, we strongly recommend you to return your terminal to the automatic network selection mode. This will ensure your terminal connects to the best available network in future.
We have received some reports from customers related to issues connecting to the Vodafone network.
This is under active investigation. It does not appear to be geographically restricted.
If you experience this issue, please try to manually select an alternative network using manual network selection: https://support.cabcard.services/terminals/manually-select-a-specific-gprs-network
Alternatively you can continue to accept payments using CabCard Payment Links, our Android app for contactless (SoftPOS) payments, or using your emergency kit.
