Degraded webhook delivery including duplicate transaction notifications

This incident was resolved successfully. Our engineers will review the issue and put measures in place to prevent similar issues from occurring in future.
Between 11:00am - 12:30pm today some customers may have observed degraded performance of the CabCard API including webhook delivery; this may have included duplicate webhook notifications for some sales.
This was related to an incident at a third party vendor’s service which has since been resolved. Engineers are monitoring to ensure no ongoing impact to CabCard customers.
If you use a CabCard API integration or the CabCard webhooks service, it is recommended that you review your system logs during the affected period and cross-check for accuracy.
