Service has nearly fully restored for devices outside of the North America and the UK.

Service in North America and the UK has improved but remains degraded.

The latest update from our service provider is:

Network engineers’ efforts are continuing with the carrier partner to reduce network congestion and restore normal service performance.

Some devices may continue to experience degraded behaviour, including issues with both new session attempts and existing connections.

We will continue to provide information on our status page, as it becomes available.

Issue

We have received reports from a small number of customers who are experiencing connection issues with their CabCard POS terminals.

Our SIM connectivity provider has confirmed that a mobile network is reporting degraded service.

This is currently being investigated. Further information will be posted to our status page. All of CabCard’s systems are functioning correctly.

Affected customers can continue to accept payments using CabCard Go for Android (download here: https://cab.link/cc-go), use CabCard Payment Links or download the Emergency Kit from https://my.cabcard.services to use our scan-to-pay feature.
