This issue may impact customers using CabCard’s iCabbi integration to handle POS or SoftPOS transactions. It should not impact customers using the iCabbi integration only for e-commerce (payment links) transactions.
We understand that iCabbi has acknowledged the issue and is actively investigating under their ticket ID OPS-11919. Our internal ticket ID is III-320.
CabCard may be able to provide a temporary workaround for impacted customers; please contact our support team on support@cabcard.services referencing III-320 if you would like us to investigate for you.
