API instability, webhook delivery delays due to database upgrade

Due to a database maintenance, the CabCard API experienced some instability for a period of approximately 2 hours from midnight until 2am (BST).

Customers may have experienced issues such as:

• unexpectedly missing or duplicated transaction records and associated monitoring notifications
• webhook notification delays or failures
• general API instability on some endpoints

Engineers have now completed the database upgrade and stable performance has been restored to the API. We apologise for any disruption caused by this essential technical upgrade.
