Misleading duplicate transactions shown
Between approximately 11am and 2.30pm today, we experienced an intermittent technical issue on one of our transaction information services.
The result of this was to create a small number of duplicate sale records, which are informational only and were displayed as approved transactions on our fleet and driver portals. To be clear, cardholders were not charged more than once in these cases.
We are now working to remove the erroneous records, which should be completed before the close of business today. Once this has been completed, your portal will display the expected transaction activity.
