This morning, one of our central technical services experienced an outage which caused a widespread service unavailability. This affected both transaction processing and information services, including customer dashboards.
The incident occurred during two windows:
- 01:31 AM - 03:02 AM BST
- 04:12 AM - 05:12 AM BST
Service was restored at 05:12AM BST and has remained functional and available since then. We will carry out a full analysis of this incident and take preventative steps to prevent its recurrence.
