We are observing significant improvements in the stability of transaction processing of Visa and Mastercard transactions, and a reduced incidence of errors.

Most customers should be experiencing a good service level at this time.

Issue

We are aware of some disruption to transaction processing since approximately 20:55 BST today. This is affecting Visa and Mastercard transactions only, American Express processing is not affected. The issue appears to be intermittent and partial, there is not a total outage. We are urgently investigating with our partners and will post updates here when information becomes available. Apologies for the disruption caused to affected customers.
