We have been informed that our network provider is planning to carry out a routine software update to their core firewall.

The maintenance window is 5 minutes long. It will be carried out tomorrow (March 15th) between 11.00am and 11.05am UTC (UK/London time).

This maintenance will result in a loss of internet connectivity for some customers, which will prevent CabCard POS terminals from carrying out any transactions during the 5 minute maintenance period.

We have been informed that if affected devices maintain an open connection, they will not need to re-authenticate to the APN to resume data connectivity. Therefore we highly recommend that customers should not reboot their terminals during this period.

We will monitor the maintenance closely and post any incidents arising from it to our status page as normal.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

During the maintenance period, all other services (including transaction processing via payment links and CabCard Go) will continue to operate as normal.
