Payment processing disruption (Visa and Mastercard POS transactions)
During the early hours of Saturday 30th April, some customers experienced problems processing payments using CabCard POS terminals.
This was due to a technical outage at one of our banking providers.
The incident affected Visa and Mastercard transaction processing only. American Express transactions were unaffected. In addition, CabCard Go (SoftPOS) transaction processing was unaffected.
We apologise to all affected customers for the disruption to our service. We are working with our partners to increase resilience against disruption caused by incidents like this one.
