Degraded payment processing for Visa and Mastercard
We observed an elevated error rate for Visa and Mastercard processing via POS channels between 2100-2200 BST tonight. This was caused by a technical issue at one of our banking partners.
The issue has been rectified and stability is now nominal. American Express and transactions via payment links and CabCard Go were unaffected by this incident.
