Sales not being shown in database for payment link transactions

Resolved

Resolved Oct 19, 2026 at 11:42pm UTC

The root cause of the issue has been identified and fixed. New payment link transactions are appearing in the database as normal, with webhook functionality resumed.

A small number of payment links which did not result in sale records during the incident period require further remediation in order to enter the database, which will be carried out in due course.
