The root cause of the issue has been identified and fixed. New payment link transactions are appearing in the database as normal, with webhook functionality resumed.

A small number of payment links which did not result in sale records during the incident period require further remediation in order to enter the database, which will be carried out in due course.

Payment link (ecommerce) processing is functioning as normal, however the corresponding transaction records are not being displayed correctly on submerchant dashboards. This is also affecting webhook delivery and therefore connected integrations.
